Delivery Information

Please be patient with me. I will do my absolute best to get your purchases to you in the specified amount of time. Thank you for your support and for joining me on this journey.

I intend to use Fastway courier services to deliver work to the Republic of Ireland and mainland UK deliveries. Please if it is possible give a mobile number when placing your order. Your Parcel will be delivered Monday - Friday in business hours so a delivery address where someone is present during these hours is recommended, this may be a work/business address.

Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World: I will use various courier services to make deliveries the most efficient and cost effective way. The approximate charges are shown on table below these were calculated on the basis of shipping a parcel which was 1kg in weight.  If any further charges are necessary it will be detailed in an email before any parcels are dispatched and if you (the customer) would like to proceed with the purchase an extra payment will be required.  If you (the customer) do not wish to proceed a full refund will be issued and the sale will be cancelled.

Delivery times may be disrupted due to unforeseeable circumstances such as weather and world events.

I can usually dispatch all orders within a couple of days. I guarantee that all orders will be dispatched within 10 working days unless otherwise notified. I will send you a message via email confirming your order and estimated date of dispatch within 2 working days.

I will send you a message by email to tell you when I have despatched your order.

 

Returns Policy

You the customer has up to 14 days from the date on which you received the goods to cancel your order and seek a full refund. Within those 14 days an email must be sent to either : annettewhelanglass@gmail.com of alternatively info@annettewhelan.com stating your intention to return the purchased item. An email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your email containing your intention to return the goods. Details will be included in this email with regarding the collection of the item to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

The original delivery cost is non refundable.

Please note: The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty. Please see above table for approximate costs of collection fees.

'You the customer must send back or hand over the goods not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed me of the decision to cancel the purchase and return the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 

 

Breakages and Discrepancies

In the rare event of an item arriving broken or where there are incorrect or missing items from your order. Please contact me immediately by email. If something arrives broken, a photograph will be required, this can be done by email info@annettewhelan.com or over a WhatsApp message. My contact number is 0857227751. You must contact me regarding missing or broken item in delivery within 2 days of receiving it. If item is broken a full refund will be issued.

Cancelling an order

Please email me within 24 hours of placing the order.

Taxes and Duties

All Product prices are inclusive of any applicable Irish Vat. This means that total price you pay for the product is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish VAT is chargeable on our sale of item or not.

In certain countries further charges for customs and duties may be added at the time of delivery: this is on a country by country, individual basis and will be charged by your local Customs office.
